Evolve (evolve.day) is a personal development app for picturing your future self, setting goals and commitments, and building a daily practice. These terms keep expectations clear on both sides.
You need an account to use Evolve, created with an email and password or with Google sign-in. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility. You must be 16 or older.
Creating an account also adds your email address to the public Evolve newsletter — occasional articles and product news from the team. Every newsletter email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing has no effect on your account or the service.
Everything you create in Evolve remains yours. You give us only the permission needed to operate the service — to store your content, sync it, show it to people you have chosen to share it with, and process it through the providers described in our Privacy Policy when you use AI features.
Don’t use Evolve to harm others, break the law, or attempt to breach the security or privacy of the service or its users. We may suspend accounts that do.
Future Self conversations and generated images are produced by AI. They are reflections to think with — not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. For matters of health or crisis, speak to a qualified professional.
Evolve is under active development. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and features may change. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for it.
You can stop using Evolve and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; meaningful changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
